I asked my buddy for his Agent’s number since he was PCS’ing and had placed his property on the market. He gave me Jennifer Jefferson’s number. I didn’t know what to expect and this was my first time ever selling a property. And just like him, I too was PCS’ing. Jennifer has been truly awesome from the beginning. She went straight to work after our first meeting which was Jun 15, 2026. She did her Comp research, she scheduled the photo op and she created a very catchy and informative video on my property. She was very confident and advised me that my property would not last long on the Market. And sure enough, within 7 days of it being posted on MLS, it was under contract!! Scheduled to close 31 Jul 2026. Jen was professional, humorous and tenacious. She communicated with me on every step of the way, answered all my questions and gave me solid advice based on her years of Real-estate experience. Meghan, and by extension Deborah, helped my fiance and I find a wonderful place to live for our first home! I can concretely say that I bothered the heck out of Meghan with inane questions at odd times, and I was met with prompt and succint answers that really acted as our guiding star. All in all I felt very well cared for, and that I was working with someone who had an "in" with the industry. They helped us multiple times with suggestions for local insurances, title agencies, and even daycares for our kiddo. If there was a button for a 6th star, I'd click it.
